We actually implemented an AI copywriter during the session. The whole team left inspired and ready to take AI to the next level.
You are an absolute LEGEND. I got more out of this than any training I can remember. I’m actively using it to complete a 24-hour turnaround doc that would’ve taken me a full week before!
Super insightful, with practical examples I can implement immediately.
AI is so much more than I thought it was. Mind blowing stuff that needs to be leveraged and harnessed. I've never attended a "webinar" that I was this completely tuned into and took away so much from. Truly making me think about things differently from here on out.
As a ChatGPT newbie it was informative.
As it was my first meeting with Hexclad, I found it fascinating to hear how different teams collaborate and listen to Craigs insights on the topic. The four steps he shared for learning and leveraging AI, especially ChatGPT were really helpful + it was great to witness a forward-thinking culture that truly values both teamwork and technology.
As someone who has only used AI briefly for visuals (in Photoshop) and has not tapped into it for copy purposes, I found the session very interesting. I've been with Oiselle for over nine years so I know the brand well... using AI for copy/brand purposes in the way we did in today's exercise was super informative and I learned a lot. Craig, you were awesome! Super personable and there was nothing boring about that session!
As someone who is entry-mid level with AI and starting to apply more in my role, I found it super informative and think it can completely revolutionize how we do things as a marketing team much sooner than I expected
It was awesome to see you put chatgpt to work in ways I hadn't seen before!
Each meeting provides valuable insight and information that we can act on immediately!
Found new ways to have ChatGPT more efficient. I had not previously front loaded the "brain" and often struggled with the robotic responses that sound the same as anyone else requesting similar copy input. I also had not previously used the different features within ChatGPT (ex. search the web, run deep research)
Gave me a broader look at how we can use AI for our task. Looks like the possibilities are endless I just need to know how to use it. Stimulated lots of ideas on how I can use it moving forward

As a ChatGBT newbie it was informative.
As someone who has less experience in building GPTs I would like more of an intro into setup as a starter
AI systems can analyze vast amounts of data quickly and uncover patterns that humans might miss. This helps businesses, healthcare providers, and governments make better, data-driven decisions.

8/10 because it was on the same day as our all hands 2 hour meeting which left me no time to do my actual work that day

Copywriting is probably the quickest use case, would like to see examples in other disciplines, how about graphic design (product photo, lifestyle, touchups etc), or coding, can a GPT learn our whole site's code to be able to find dead/outdated code, what if we needed new functionality built/added on top of what we already have
awesome to see you put chatgpt to work in ways I hadn't seen before
Both our creative director and director of brand left feeling like there were a lot of opportunities for incorporating this into our workstreams. I'd give a 10 except for the fast pace -- with our team being totally new to chatgpt I think they missed some of the importance of this tutorial being in its application to other opportunities, not in a literal replication of these prompts.
Chief of Staff feedback Super tactical - the use case was clearly stated up front and the rest of the session was about how to make it happen I know we're limited on time but it would have been great to see more instructions (or a walkthrough / guide about how to upload data to actually make the tool useful) Clear use cases - I thought the AI Ben visualizations were super powerful. Brice's app was also a fantastic use case - I loved mentioning that you can use transcripts and other data sources to give the tool a better sense of who you are and what you think. Power of feedback loops - using the model to train itself to optimize prompts (and using feedback loops) is really clever, and it's clear that this can solve a lot of issues (e.g., grade inflation, ineffective prompts, etc.) Discussion on optimal tools for different use cases - I liked Liz's inputs on the differences between ChatGPT and Claude (and Brice's pushback that with enough data, it really should learn your voice) I'd love more discussion in this vein - it's not always clear to me what the drawbacks and weaknesses of the tool are. While there are ways to circumvent a lot of issues through feedback loops above, I'd appreciate an honest discussion of the challenges faced by early adopters (and potentially hear rebuttals of common concerns -- e.g., regarding data privacy, intellectual property, etc.) Would also be helpful to note if slides will be shared after the fact (as with the last presentation) Ray's feedback: - when Craig got the response from gpt, that was great - safety and privacy - this seems important and wasn't addressed enough especially with Liz's point - AI topics can get dense. 30 minutes feels right as it starts getting a lot after due to the mix of theory, upcoming trends, etc - cool having a roster of experts (Ben, Liz, Brice) so there's no awkward gaps. Liz is good, Brice gets me to tune out - We need to moderate questions more tightly - typos -> but maybe good? - raise hand system is good
Changed the way I think about running the company
Craig was amazing and gave me additional information that I can find useful in learning chatGPT. Unfortunately, with my role within the Company the information presented wasn't useful to me, but he was open to working with me and my team to work together and develop a process that would be useful
Brand Brain is incredible. Your approach to AI prompting makes a lot of sense.
context was super helpful. that 4 step process was a huge unlock for me
eye opening knowledge share
For me, a little too in depth with ChappyWrap's example, would have preferred more high level ChatGPT information, but overall was probably about as good as could be given the broad variety of people attending. Also I'm likely more of a power user than others
extremely practical and straightforward. appreciate your generosity of time and interest in building connections and networks. wondering about how to apply into key operational functionalities.
Fast paced, concise, on point, great analogies
Each meeting provides valuable insight and information that we can act on immediately
Fantastic session and personally I wish it was longer.
Found new ways to have ChatGPT more efficient. I had not previously front loaded the "brain" and often struggled with the robotic responses that sound the same as anyone else requesting similar copy input. I also had not previously used the different features within ChatGPT (ex. search the web, run deep research)
Hope my scoring does not skew your data!
Great to see a demo of the framework, not a 10 for me, would love to see a use case for coding (website design/functionality related)
Hugely beneficial to see in live-action how to get the most out of Chat GPT (how to talk to it, train it, converse with it, etc). The "workshop" model works great
Gave me a broader look at how we can use AI for our task. Looks like the possibilities are endless I just need to know how to use it. Stimulated lots of ideas on how I can use it moving forward
Got me to think about my strategy around prompting much better for AI. Created a nice framework for how to get answers that are actually helpful, I find it is hit or miss for myself as of now. Really seeing how overt you have to be was very useful and I think my chatgpt usage will improve as a result of that hour
Good information that was informative on how to approach AI, but would love to see more use cases in supply & chain domain.
Generally it was a great use of my time! Some half-baked ideas - 1) I'm curious if there is a way to structure the hour so that we come prepared or walk away with a finalized "brand brain", 2) would love to talk through how to use chatgpt for creative use cases specifically
Hugely valuable for our team and business. You taught us highly applicable skills that will set us up for success!
Got me so mind blown about the power of AI and how I need to be using it at Cheers. And how I need to get employees and other senior leaders excited about it!
good insights into AI and how to start as a beginner
He made it super actionable and showed how we can easily implement AI in our business to accelerate our work tremendously. We actually implemented an AI copywriter for the business during the session. The whole team is super inspired to take AI to the next level.
I could have done 2 quicker sessions
I definitely learned some things, the gentleman giving the presentation was difficult to follow at times. Other than that it was informative.
I am heavily involved in email copy and design so it will be super helpful to use the things you taught us
I am probably using AI more than the audience it was tailored for! some felt basic but I do really appreciate the framework for brand brain
I am trying to stay fairly current with AI, and we have taken some consulting projects with clients to create proof of concepts for specialized AI agents that fit into their infrastructure, so there were aspects of this that were relatively light - but some of the tactics and prompts were great to see, and it's very nice to carve out space for myself to work on these things in our own business.
I came away with tactical things to improve how me and my team are working with chat GPT. We've all been using it in our own ways - very much self trained. But we haven't been taking this approach to build prompts or gpts.
I appreciated the simplicity with which you broke it down—your comment about how people replace it like Google was impactful. That is such a waste for the power these tools can have. While I was using GPTs for more advanced personal objectives, the new perspective of having it work for me resonated differently. Have it challenge me, ask questions, feed it documents (perferably word and PDFs) You taught me I can encourage my team to use it to enhance their work, not eliminate them, and that I could create a mini-me and take over a small nation. :) For real, I think if you get down to how companies can encourage employees to accept and adapt top down, like you were touching on, it opens up a new space and would be so beneficial. While this is terrifying on so many levels, used the right way, as you are guiding, this is life-altering and beyond effective. Thank you!
I found it helpful seeing as I don't use ChatGPT for copy as much as our marketing team does/would. I imagine the usage of this copywriter wouldn't be something I'd use in my day-to-day now, but I think it would be a great asset in the future if the design team wanted to start creating on-brand briefs and campaigns.
I found it extremely helpful not only on the applications he showed us, but to kick start thinking around other ways of using it more effectively.
I found the structure of 4 steps to be very helpful. Loved that we took a real life example and built the Thrive Brand Brain together to see the interaction and output.
I did know a bit about bossing AI around. I also knew about custom GTPs. Might have been nice to have some prompts or outlines and follow along. Also lacked clarity on how many custom GTPS we might have for a company - for each department, or one for each specific task
I feel like I walked away with actionable insights on how to better utilize ChatGPT - and create a GPT!
I feel pressured to leave you feedback, I believe you mentioned it 5,6 times. I planned to leave you feedback after the first time you mentioned it, but honestly if you emphasized it couple of more times, id be annoyed. You might be in a rush to get as much feedback as possible, but in my opinion, that was the only little tiny negative experience in todays session. You behave naturally and you have amazing knowledge, so most people will like you and leave feedback, you dont need to tell them 6 times :)
I feel like I've been given permission to use ChatGPT within my role. Prior to this call I still had lingering feelings of feeling like I'm cheating.
I didn't know any of this was possible at this level. I'm really excited to dive in further. I love how it can immediately be applied to my day to day.
I don't have much value to give you on suggested improvements. The only thing I can think of is hot tips that you've learned through your experience. Like telling chat not to use em dashes. It drives me nuts when I have to remove them manually. I never thought to tell the system not to include.
I didn't have any real expectations, but I definitley learned more intentional ways to utilize chatgpt to leverage information. I think it could be a bit quicker to the point with how to use your framework, but this could be because I use AI a lot in my day to day so not a ton was new
I got a ton of value out of learning about different AI use cases and seeing the ChatGPT trained in real time. There's was extra value added from our company being the example during the seminar. My mind was blown on how the custom GPT could interpret our brand so accurately in relatively little time.
I gave a 9 because I learned a lot and especially liked your casual teaching style (assuming we know 0) but felt like maybe I could've learned more since I use it all the time? But I learned foundational things that this will vastly help!
I haven’t paid for any Chat GPT service so it was good to see how to best leverage it before we test out an enterprise plan
I gave it a high score because it was 30 minutes of no fluff. Straight to the point. I don't sit in on a lot of AI stuff right now and I just read it from afar so this feels like i'm legit in the action and can leave with a better idea/plan.
I gave it a 9/10 because it was definitely a valuable use of time from a company standpoint. The session was helpful and informative overall. I only rated it slightly lower for personal reasons, as I’m already quite familiar with ChatGPT and AI given I use it almost daily for various parts of my life. So while it was useful professionally, it didn’t offer much new for me personally due to my prior experience but overall a good experience!
I hadn't seen any structured approaches to interacting with ChatGPT before - I usually ask questions very directly and don't set guardrails. This will be very useful for my work.
I give it that score because I only attended the first one. We had so many team members on it, I felt like they had it covered. Plus, they are the executors for us and the main topics covered were out of my realm of management. Thats not to say that I don't think it would have been valuable for me, just had some other things I needed to get done.
I have ben using ChatGPT a lot for my business recently and I find it extremely valuable to see how people are prompting AI to get what they need to run their businesses. The content was very relevant to what I am currently using AI for so the meeting was very timely. We are in the very early stages of our startup and with limited resources AI is a critical tool we are using to drive growth and efficiency.
I learned a lot about how to interact with ChatGPT efficiently to get the responses I need
I haven’t spent much time on ChatGPT, so much of the information was completely new. You gave us very specific tutorial on how ChatGPT functions, but it’s clear that it can apply to so many different parts of the business. This hour left me wanting to spend a lot more time exploring how ChatGPT can help us.
I need to review the meeting notes. I'm a visual and hands-on learner, so I want to see if I can recreate your prompts and follow along easily from the meeting notes (or recorded session.). Otherwise, I would suggest collateral to accompany the sessions.
I just graduated MBA with major in AI Leadership two months ago, and what i did for 6 month in my courses, you explained to non-technical users in 45 minutes. Great job!
I learn a lot by seeing people do things. I also liked the explanation of how the LLM works which gives me more confidence in feeding it more of the right things
I learned/was taught things i never considered being helpful for ChatGPT use, but as soon as I heard them, it made total sense.
I love all AI topics. This one was introductory, would love more advanced topics next time!
I love ai but have only scratched the surface. It was so exciting hearing from you and watching real time someone in chat doing the thing. I learn a lot but just observing how people use a tool
I liked the real life example using Chappywrap
I learned more about a tool, ChatGPT, but also his expertise helped me think beyond my current responsibilities and workflow to imagine what my role could be with the help of machine learning.
I only understood the basic level of ChatGPT so I found this session really informative.
I really loved it honestly! I would love a part 2 potentially with a hit list more on the ops side (connecting with Kate on this!)
I think it was an good initial taste to make me curious to learn more.
I think for a first session it was good and I got value out of it and am looking forward to the future sessions. It's always hard to tailor content to an audience with diverse skill sets, and I think this was a pretty good balance. I messaged someone on the side who had barely used AI before, and I imagine they may have been a bit overwhelmed, so potentially starting by sharing guidance on / letting people know a method for learning absolute basics would have been a good start.
I really enjoyed the real life use case scenario on Hanni vs just an introductory how to
I really liked the collaborative hands on approach
I think prompt engineering and showing the use case is great for overall knowledge. I have knowledge in the process so wasn't a perfect 10/10. I also think the 30 minute timeframe is tough to properly showcase how easy it is to setup. Maybe it's 10 minutes to setup, but to make it good takes longer.
I think it was very helpful. There was a ton to pick up almost felt like after seeing it I would have prepared for the process a little differently but overall learned a ton.
I thought it was really awesome but I didn't feel like we actually ended with anything where I was like woah this is super good! However, I did think you put us on the path to get there.
I think the workshop was very informative and hit a good balance of showing upper-level high-impact use cases while still being approachable for newbs. I think showing more examples of different use cases would be helpful to widen people's aperture of possibilities.
I thought the real-time walkthrough with ChappyWrap as the guinea pig was a really impactful way of illustrating how we would use it in real life
I thought the session brought a lot of insight on how to navigate and better utilize ChatGPT. It was helpful to see how to best refine what you are asking and how specific to be to get the best response possible.
I use ChatGPT every day, so while the session was fun and I appreciated the structure, much of the content was already familiar to me through trial and error. What I found most valuable was seeing how much more effective it can be when used intentionally and collaboratively, especially in a business setting where you’re sharing a model across a team.
I thought it was an hour that allowed me to understand how to better utilize chat GPT to my advantage within my professional and personal life!
I thought it was really useful and gave us practical tools to immediately put into practice. I would have liked to dive a bit deeper into how it works outside of copywriting/optimizing copy, but I understand we had limited time
I thought it was valuable, especially the first 2 sessions
I was asked to attend, even though I am proficient in using ChatGPT. Nothing against the presentation itself, but I am not the target audience for it.
I've been reluctant to use AI / ChatGPT, as someone who famously likes making things harder for myself, but seeing it in action and tailored towards my specific uses cases really opened my eyes to the way it can unlock both efficiency and creativity (without actually stealing my job)
I'm the right target audience for these sessions. Currently using Chat for research, marketing strategy, internal/external communications, etc, but I'm not creating custom GPTs nor am I using Projects.
your 3 session workshop, leapfrogged attendees past 99% of companies in the use of AI
You seem so confident and familiar with chat that sometimes you blow past the outputs more quickly than I can read/comprehend them. I think it would be helpful to review output more thoroughly to better understand the 'why' of the next input. It could also give the guinea pig more time to be critical of the output, better teach the gpt, and better educate the rest of the participants based on that real application.
You rock
You apologized for being "doom and gloom" around ChatGPT. I appreciated the stance and candor on the subject. I think its a powerful tool with some major ethical dilemmas that people should be aware of and discussing. It is an amazing resource that blows my mind and yet its also pulling from our history/internet which is full of biases, stereotypes and misinformation. It would be unwise to trust it blindly and as was said in the workshop its out there and we should utilize it.
You are an absolute LEGEND! Got more out of this than any training I can remember and I'm actively implementing it as we speak for a 24 hour turnaround document that would have taken me at least a full week prior!
Would loved to have heard more about you and your background and how you got into this and why you're an expert and what you were doing before and just how you put the stake in the ground as an AI guy. Also, I think there should have been a bit more background on the case study brand (chappywrap) as it would have made the results from the GPT even more incredible for folks that don't know ChappyWrap. We were blown away at how accurate things were coming out of the GPT but those that don't know Chappy probably weren't as blown away.
Would help if there was a quick overview or summary beforehand (Loom video or something similar) that covers the basics
Would be great to see how we can utilize AI for data analysis as well
While this isn't 100% in my daily area (the marketing focus), I'm learning a ton about how to get the best out of ChatGPT. The prompting and methods you use to get the best responses has helped me so much. Doing a great job and I can tell how much value people are getting from this.
Wish I'd had this session a year ago before I laboriously trial and errored my way into figuring a lot of this out. Now I'm exploring the balance of using a single tool for all things, or getting a specialized AI tool for certain use cases, so exploring case studies and current best practices around that would be interesting.
While the session was informative and showed great use for AI functions regarding copywriting, etc., production geared uses seem rather limited to SOPs and emails.
Watching you live workshop the anatomy of a prompt was very valuable. And we got results!
Was super approachable
Was a very good introduction session on how to use Chat GPT. Am interested in learning more.
Very insightful, I am using chatGPT daily when I write briefs for email + SMS
Was a great window into what Chat GPT can do, as I am SUPER green on it
Using real life / real time / tangible examples helps illustrate the tools' power. I liked that it was interactive, direct, and included tangible tips for next steps. I thought us sending over info in advance was super helpful - would have loved to have more notice on that / what format is helpful etc. because I definitely would have been happy to put more time into our prep in advance to make the session even more productive! I also was thinking it would have been nice to record so I could rewatch and take AI notes to share amongst our team etc. but I think you are following up on that! I think it could be helpful to have like a 10 tips & tricks doc or something too. It was a GREAT session!!! If Crocs goes belly up you have a great second act!!!
This was extremely helpful. I was able to process the information and understand the goal, and train the AI to be more specific to my needs.
To be honest, I joined this meeting intending to multitask because I thought the consumer of this would be mostly my marketing colleagues. However, as I was trying to multitask I was so stunned at what you were doing I had to completely stop and focus in on your presentation. Very impressed. You helped me learn there was a whole world of possibilities to AI beyond just helping me write better emails!
This was awesome. Maybe examples on how companies use their custom GTP. Start with the end point. Here's a GTP we build and here's how it creates an email brief. This doesn 't happen automatically. Here's how you build it to do this. Let's dive in.
This session was well-structured and thoughtfully delivered. As someone who uses AI tools frequently, I found the content a bit more foundational than what I typically look for—but I can absolutely see its value for users who are earlier in their journey or exploring new use cases. I appreciate the clarity and support throughout the session.
The way you were using chat was very similar to my approach, so it was good validation that I was doing something right. But the helpfulness for me were the actionable protocols, tricks, and tips you offered along the way
this unlocked a new understanding of generative AI for me and created clarity that cut through a lot of noise. Plus there was a level of honesty about the work it takes to be effective here and limitations of the tools. And the possibilities.
The session was clear and packed with useful insights. I left with practical tips I can start using immediately.
the session taught me how to better prompt ai to work at my advantage
The seminar was a great use of time overall. I appreciated using our team as an example and the strategic insights throughout. However, I would have loved more tactical, behind-the-scenes guidance on how teams are actively using AI in their workflows. It would have been helpful to break down how different roles can best leverage AI to get the most out of it. Basically, I was hoping for a walkthrough of how various roles within an organization use AI, which I understand might be a bit outside your scope, but jumping straight into setting up our own GPT felt a little overwhelming for someone new to this, but you did break it down very well.
The live prompting and how you handled talking with ChatGPT was eye opening to me on how I can better communicate with it and give it instructions.
The information was clear, interesting, and tailored specifically to how I can use it directly at Oiselle. I feel like I learned not only about the structure of ChatGPT, but also got a great introduction into strategy for using the tool to get the most out of it.
The content was A+. Minds blown. I think its really valuable not just to hear your thoughts but to see you actually do stuff in real time because thats where a lot of the magic is - the little subtle pro moves that we witness When presenting to a large group, its super hard to read the room and pulse on the energy. Sometimes it felt like the lack of participation frustrated you or let you down. I think you just have to assume people are engaged (they are prob 20% of people too shy to speak and 80% are just trying to process everything) so I would try to keep your energy up and before each section really hype up how excited you are, how valuable this next thing is, etc so that instead of (sometimes) feeling like you are responding to low energy instead you are just confident in whats to come.
The best - I wanted more. So tactical and really helped break it down. I'm still trying to wrap my brain around Chat GPT (writing prompts to then feed to itself for outcomes - what?!) but you really made it digestible and I'm craving more!
The content is great it just goes pretty fast online and in the sessions - a more guide step by step written instructions is helpful, these were sent our for the email copywriter gpt and I found that very helpful
super insightful, practical examples I can immediately implement
Still mind blown over what AI can do and how we're learning it with Craig!
Super hands on info, ready to be deployed
Some good tidbits on using ChatGPT, advice on models, prompts, how to interact with it, using projects, etc. It got a little deep on the specific ChappyWrap example which I felt wasn't as useful for me, so that's why I didn't rank it higher
Solid session overall, I feel going through a specific use case made sense as a next step in the workshop. I think it would be helpful if at different stages you added notes about how you can take things in different ways .. for example, when you were showing the output of the different email campaigns you could say 'you can take these and build some visual concepts' etc etc
Solid workshop overall. What hit? - Covered a lot of good things, moved quickly What missed? - Lack of participation .. I really liked the more open ended conversation at the tail end of this last session where people were sharing what they've built. If there was a way to build more of that (or general participation) into the workshops, could be interesting
Solid overall. Only feedback is that we went through things really fast which may just be what's necessary in a 90 minute session.
so informative and helpful! i have only dabbled in chat gpt, but, it was really helpful to see what it can do with n expert driving.
So much of AI content is theoretical, seeing how to use it IN ACTION is super helpful. Also the concepts/thinking/strategy is great to build a foundation to then apply to a variety of application.
Simple... wlaked through to include visual... understanding how and why we would use it in our lives and bsuiness
Share agenda / topics ahead of time
Simple, approachable, applicable.
Session was good -- my starting context I'd put in the "somewhat advanced" territory so just reinforced a lot of my current usage, but still learned a couple of interesting things that made it worthwhile!
Really practical and hands on - walking through the use cases was helpful. Some of this was familiar to me already which is why I didn't boost to a 10, but I enjoyed the conversation and got some good tips to optimize.
Really opened my eyes as to what can be done with AI when used effectively. As a AI beginner, I hadn't considered what it could be used for and I do believe our organization (and myself) would recognize tremendous efficiencies creating and using AI models of the leadership team.
Really insightful info.
Paradigm shift in brain on topic of AI
Practical ways to use AI. You didnt have to be an AI genius to get alot of value out of it. Tangible outcome.
Overall it was a good session and I thank you for stopping by to give us your insight. I believe there was a time crunch in getting this meeting together, but I would have liked if some of the inputs were already in place so we could discuss more high-level and strategic uses of the tool rather than you having to spend time dragging and dropping for us. Also perhaps giving us a little prep work beforehand could have benefitted.
Opened my mind to a new way of using ChatGPT that I think will have incredible impact on our company. Especially because I as the CEO still write the majority of our copy so it will help save me time to get ChatGPT to write it in an on-brand way. And, we are trying to scale growth in a big way but WITHOUT having to hire and manage a ton more people.
Overall it opened my eyes to how powerful chatGPT is and now I'm using it everyday all day for work which has helped with efficiency and the quality of my work. The sessions were really great and I enjoyed the topics. The only thing I wish was that we went a little slower and there were more step by step processes on how to execute and set up each of the things we discussed. Especially in the last session I don't feel like I had a full grasp on how to generate the briefs and that would be super helpful to better understand how to set that up as it's a critical part of my role and collaboration with product team.
I loved it!
No fluff. Showed us how. Real use cases. Now I feel prepared to actually start trying this!
On topic, goal oriented, applied to real-case scenario
Loved the sessions I was able to attend! I missed the last one, unfortunately!
loved the format using a real time example
Loved that this session taught us "how to fish" with a practical example. Walking through the marketing use case was helpful to a lot of the team, but even folks not in marketing benefitted a ton from learning how to teach chatgpt to be helpful
Lots of opportunity to use AI in my day to day working
Learning how to build an effective custom GPT was the most helpful. I have built a few that have already increased AIs impact on my workflow. The guide on building out deep research prompts was also helpful. I built one for a product pricing question and was blown away by the results. It would be helpful to have a takeaway document or deck.
Learned something new
It's so transparent and I'm a visual learner so screen shares are really helpful
It was very tactical about how I can actually train OpenAI around my brand's voice and needs. I also liked the specificity of use this tool, the other's don't really add much
It was very valuable to see how to apply AI strategically to campaigns. The copywriting was impressive but I had more familiarity with knowing that could be done. That strategic thinking for campaign planning and how to build personas to message to was very valuable for my position
It was useful to hear how to better use Chatgpt to get more specific results.
It was super useful to see someone who ACTULLY uses AI everyday - And please don't tell, but it was really useful to see the level that other folks in the industry are working at as well
It was super insightful and practical, I left with several ideas on how to start applying it right away to my daily tasks. Appreciate the clear explanations and real use cases. Looking forward to exploring this further!
It was refreshing hearing from someone on how they use chatgpt in their real life. There also wasn't a pressure from Craig since he's not an OpenAI representative; just a fan who wants to teach others how to level up and be accepting of what AI can do for you.
It was probably the most actionable AI information I have received. It was simple and easy to implement. If more people received information in this format, I think we would have more adopters. I would say we just need more time in meeting to ask questions and get feedback.
It was insightful, clear, direct, concise, easy to understand
It was great! I learned so much and wish I had recordings to go back and re-watch. only feedback is I think the meetings crammed too much info into each session, would love to go through all this info in a slower manner!
It was helpful to see your process and interaction with ChatGPT, always helpful to understand how others approach building custom GPTs and posing questions or building context when working with AI tools. I definitely picked up a few new ways to push ChatGPT to get the best output possible. One area that could have been better would be to get a better sense for the audience's level of experience and comfort to customize the discussion a bit more.
It was great and really eye opening to how we can better utilize chatgpt but I would love to go a little slower to better understand the process. I was taking notes but I couldn't type fast enough! hahah but really really great stuff!
It was great and gave me additional confidence that we're already on the right path with how we're using AI. However, there is so much to learn and experiment wtih. Converting to using AI as a part of our profesional life is like playing tennis with different double partners. It will help you learn more and more about others and how you can improve. That's what it felt like on the call. I was more pumped than ever! :)
it was good having my team on the call and having them focussed on how to create custom GPTs
It was equal measures of broad knowledge shares but with a very specific example which brought it home
It was a very interesting session, I just didn't feel like it was that relevant for Supply Chain
It helped educate me in other ways to use ChatGPT that I have not been familiar with
It gave me more confidence to just go for it and see what happens
It gave a lot of perspective into how chat-gpt can work within our respected teams, while also setting a perimeter for its capabilities.
It allowed us to fully understand how to prompts and build the brand brain to get the most out of it, and loved seeing it create and assist with GTM strategies
It allowed me to see all the practical uses of ChatGPT for our marketing team
Informative on how to properly train chat to produce the most accurate responds, however not very applicable for a role in finance.
I've found the tools I learned to be invaluable and the use cases very actionable. We've already started implementing these practices into our workflows & I feel like our team is on the front end of what's to come.
I've created 2 custom GPTs since the session and it's been like an hour
I've been using chatgpt in this way for a long time but you gave me more structure, more insight on differences in tools and how to use them. Ideally, more time, or in buckets of beginner, intermediate, advanced.
I've been reluctant to use AI / ChatGPT, as someone who famously likes making things harder for myself, but seeing it in action and tailored towards my specific uses cases really opened my eyes to the way it can unlock both efficiency and creativity (without actually stealing my job)
I've been leveraging ChatGPT for the past several months, but I found Craig's prompting very valuable specifically asking ChatGPT to serve as a best in class marketer/copy writer/etc.
I'm the right target audience for these sessions. Currently using Chat for research, marketing strategy, internal/external communications, etc, but I'm not creating custom GPTs nor am I using Projects.
I'm just obsessed with AI right now and I thought it was a very valuable learning session
I'd love to have a copy of the deck that was presented so I could reference the steps and prompts. It would be helpful if there were example prompts under each step to jog my memory.
I would have liked to spend more time focusing on the prompts, especially through group exercises or activities tailored to my specific role. That said, I really appreciated seeing how you were able to input and organize all the information into Chat—it was helpful and insightful.
I was asked to attend, even though I am proficient in using ChatGPT. Nothing against the presentation itself, but I am not the target audience for it.
I use ChatGPT every day, so while the session was fun and I appreciated the structure, much of the content was already familiar to me through trial and error. What I found most valuable was seeing how much more effective it can be when used intentionally and collaboratively, especially in a business setting where you’re sharing a model across a team.
I thought the session brought a lot of insight on how to navigate and better utilize ChatGPT. It was helpful to see how to best refine what you are asking and how specific to be to get the best response possible.
I thought it was valuable, especially the first 2 sessions
I thought the real-time walkthrough with ChappyWrap as the guinea pig was a really impactful way of illustrating how we would use it in real life
I thought it was really useful and gave us practical tools to immediately put into practice. I would have liked to dive a bit deeper into how it works outside of copywriting/optimizing copy, but I understand we had limited time
I thought it was really awesome but I didn't feel like we actually ended with anything where I was like woah this is super good! However, I did think you put us on the path to get there.
I thought it was an hour that allowed me to understand how to better utilize chat GPT to my advantage within my professional and personal life!
your 3 session workshop, leapfrogged attendees past 99% of companies in the use of AI
