your 3 session workshop, leapfrogged attendees past 99% of companies in the use of AI
You seem so confident and familiar with chat that sometimes you blow past the outputs more quickly than I can read/comprehend them. I think it would be helpful to review output more thoroughly to better understand the 'why' of the next input. It could also give the guinea pig more time to be critical of the output, better teach the gpt, and better educate the rest of the participants based on that real application.

You apologized for being "doom and gloom" around ChatGPT. I appreciated the stance and candor on the subject. I think its a powerful tool with some major ethical dilemmas that people should be aware of and discussing. It is an amazing resource that blows my mind and yet its also pulling from our history/internet which is full of biases, stereotypes and misinformation. It would be unwise to trust it blindly and as was said in the workshop its out there and we should utilize it.
You are an absolute LEGEND! Got more out of this than any training I can remember and I'm actively implementing it as we speak for a 24 hour turnaround document that would have taken me at least a full week prior!
Would loved to have heard more about you and your background and how you got into this and why you're an expert and what you were doing before and just how you put the stake in the ground as an AI guy. Also, I think there should have been a bit more background on the case study brand (chappywrap) as it would have made the results from the GPT even more incredible for folks that don't know ChappyWrap. We were blown away at how accurate things were coming out of the GPT but those that don't know Chappy probably weren't as blown away.
Would help if there was a quick overview or summary beforehand (Loom video or something similar) that covers the basics
Would be great to see how we can utilize AI for data analysis as well
While this isn't 100% in my daily area (the marketing focus), I'm learning a ton about how to get the best out of ChatGPT. The prompting and methods you use to get the best responses has helped me so much. Doing a great job and I can tell how much value people are getting from this.
Wish I'd had this session a year ago before I laboriously trial and errored my way into figuring a lot of this out. Now I'm exploring the balance of using a single tool for all things, or getting a specialized AI tool for certain use cases, so exploring case studies and current best practices around that would be interesting.
While the session was informative and showed great use for AI functions regarding copywriting, etc., production geared uses seem rather limited to SOPs and emails.
Watching you live workshop the anatomy of a prompt was very valuable. And we got results!

Using real life / real time / tangible examples helps illustrate the tools' power. I liked that it was interactive, direct, and included tangible tips for next steps. I thought us sending over info in advance was super helpful - would have loved to have more notice on that / what format is helpful etc. because I definitely would have been happy to put more time into our prep in advance to make the session even more productive! I also was thinking it would have been nice to record so I could rewatch and take AI notes to share amongst our team etc. but I think you are following up on that! I think it could be helpful to have like a 10 tips & tricks doc or something too. It was a GREAT session!!! If Crocs goes belly up you have a great second act!!!
This was extremely helpful. I was able to process the information and understand the goal, and train the AI to be more specific to my needs.
To be honest, I joined this meeting intending to multitask because I thought the consumer of this would be mostly my marketing colleagues. However, as I was trying to multitask I was so stunned at what you were doing I had to completely stop and focus in on your presentation. Very impressed. You helped me learn there was a whole world of possibilities to AI beyond just helping me write better emails!
This was awesome. Maybe examples on how companies use their custom GTP. Start with the end point. Here's a GTP we build and here's how it creates an email brief. This doesn 't happen automatically. Here's how you build it to do this. Let's dive in.
This session was well-structured and thoughtfully delivered. As someone who uses AI tools frequently, I found the content a bit more foundational than what I typically look for—but I can absolutely see its value for users who are earlier in their journey or exploring new use cases. I appreciate the clarity and support throughout the session.
The way you were using chat was very similar to my approach, so it was good validation that I was doing something right. But the helpfulness for me were the actionable protocols, tricks, and tips you offered along the way
this unlocked a new understanding of generative AI for me and created clarity that cut through a lot of noise. Plus there was a level of honesty about the work it takes to be effective here and limitations of the tools. And the possibilities.
The session was clear and packed with useful insights. I left with practical tips I can start using immediately.

The seminar was a great use of time overall. I appreciated using our team as an example and the strategic insights throughout. However, I would have loved more tactical, behind-the-scenes guidance on how teams are actively using AI in their workflows. It would have been helpful to break down how different roles can best leverage AI to get the most out of it. Basically, I was hoping for a walkthrough of how various roles within an organization use AI, which I understand might be a bit outside your scope, but jumping straight into setting up our own GPT felt a little overwhelming for someone new to this, but you did break it down very well.
The live prompting and how you handled talking with ChatGPT was eye opening to me on how I can better communicate with it and give it instructions.
The information was clear, interesting, and tailored specifically to how I can use it directly at Oiselle. I feel like I learned not only about the structure of ChatGPT, but also got a great introduction into strategy for using the tool to get the most out of it.
The content was A+. Minds blown. I think its really valuable not just to hear your thoughts but to see you actually do stuff in real time because thats where a lot of the magic is - the little subtle pro moves that we witness When presenting to a large group, its super hard to read the room and pulse on the energy. Sometimes it felt like the lack of participation frustrated you or let you down. I think you just have to assume people are engaged (they are prob 20% of people too shy to speak and 80% are just trying to process everything) so I would try to keep your energy up and before each section really hype up how excited you are, how valuable this next thing is, etc so that instead of (sometimes) feeling like you are responding to low energy instead you are just confident in whats to come.
The best - I wanted more. So tactical and really helped break it down. I'm still trying to wrap my brain around Chat GPT (writing prompts to then feed to itself for outcomes - what?!) but you really made it digestible and I'm craving more!
The content is great it just goes pretty fast online and in the sessions - a more guide step by step written instructions is helpful, these were sent our for the email copywriter gpt and I found that very helpful

Some good tidbits on using ChatGPT, advice on models, prompts, how to interact with it, using projects, etc. It got a little deep on the specific ChappyWrap example which I felt wasn't as useful for me, so that's why I didn't rank it higher
Solid session overall, I feel going through a specific use case made sense as a next step in the workshop. I think it would be helpful if at different stages you added notes about how you can take things in different ways .. for example, when you were showing the output of the different email campaigns you could say 'you can take these and build some visual concepts' etc etc
Solid workshop overall. What hit? - Covered a lot of good things, moved quickly What missed? - Lack of participation .. I really liked the more open ended conversation at the tail end of this last session where people were sharing what they've built. If there was a way to build more of that (or general participation) into the workshops, could be interesting
Solid overall. Only feedback is that we went through things really fast which may just be what's necessary in a 90 minute session.

So much of AI content is theoretical, seeing how to use it IN ACTION is super helpful. Also the concepts/thinking/strategy is great to build a foundation to then apply to a variety of application.
Simple... wlaked through to include visual... understanding how and why we would use it in our lives and bsuiness

Session was good -- my starting context I'd put in the "somewhat advanced" territory so just reinforced a lot of my current usage, but still learned a couple of interesting things that made it worthwhile!
Really practical and hands on - walking through the use cases was helpful. Some of this was familiar to me already which is why I didn't boost to a 10, but I enjoyed the conversation and got some good tips to optimize.
Really opened my eyes as to what can be done with AI when used effectively. As a AI beginner, I hadn't considered what it could be used for and I do believe our organization (and myself) would recognize tremendous efficiencies creating and using AI models of the leadership team.

Practical ways to use AI. You didnt have to be an AI genius to get alot of value out of it. Tangible outcome.
Overall it was a good session and I thank you for stopping by to give us your insight. I believe there was a time crunch in getting this meeting together, but I would have liked if some of the inputs were already in place so we could discuss more high-level and strategic uses of the tool rather than you having to spend time dragging and dropping for us. Also perhaps giving us a little prep work beforehand could have benefitted.
Opened my mind to a new way of using ChatGPT that I think will have incredible impact on our company. Especially because I as the CEO still write the majority of our copy so it will help save me time to get ChatGPT to write it in an on-brand way. And, we are trying to scale growth in a big way but WITHOUT having to hire and manage a ton more people.
Overall it opened my eyes to how powerful chatGPT is and now I'm using it everyday all day for work which has helped with efficiency and the quality of my work. The sessions were really great and I enjoyed the topics. The only thing I wish was that we went a little slower and there were more step by step processes on how to execute and set up each of the things we discussed. Especially in the last session I don't feel like I had a full grasp on how to generate the briefs and that would be super helpful to better understand how to set that up as it's a critical part of my role and collaboration with product team.

Loved that this session taught us "how to fish" with a practical example. Walking through the marketing use case was helpful to a lot of the team, but even folks not in marketing benefitted a ton from learning how to teach chatgpt to be helpful
Lots of opportunity to use AI in my day to day working
Learning how to build an effective custom GPT was the most helpful. I have built a few that have already increased AIs impact on my workflow. The guide on building out deep research prompts was also helpful. I built one for a product pricing question and was blown away by the results. It would be helpful to have a takeaway document or deck.

It was very valuable to see how to apply AI strategically to campaigns. The copywriting was impressive but I had more familiarity with knowing that could be done. That strategic thinking for campaign planning and how to build personas to message to was very valuable for my position

It was refreshing hearing from someone on how they use chatgpt in their real life. There also wasn't a pressure from Craig since he's not an OpenAI representative; just a fan who wants to teach others how to level up and be accepting of what AI can do for you.
It was probably the most actionable AI information I have received. It was simple and easy to implement. If more people received information in this format, I think we would have more adopters. I would say we just need more time in meeting to ask questions and get feedback.

It was helpful to see your process and interaction with ChatGPT, always helpful to understand how others approach building custom GPTs and posing questions or building context when working with AI tools. I definitely picked up a few new ways to push ChatGPT to get the best output possible. One area that could have been better would be to get a better sense for the audience's level of experience and comfort to customize the discussion a bit more.

It was great and gave me additional confidence that we're already on the right path with how we're using AI. However, there is so much to learn and experiment wtih. Converting to using AI as a part of our profesional life is like playing tennis with different double partners. It will help you learn more and more about others and how you can improve. That's what it felt like on the call. I was more pumped than ever! :)

I've been using chatgpt in this way for a long time but you gave me more structure, more insight on differences in tools and how to use them. Ideally, more time, or in buckets of beginner, intermediate, advanced.
I've been reluctant to use AI / ChatGPT, as someone who famously likes making things harder for myself, but seeing it in action and tailored towards my specific uses cases really opened my eyes to the way it can unlock both efficiency and creativity (without actually stealing my job)

I was asked to attend, even though I am proficient in using ChatGPT. Nothing against the presentation itself, but I am not the target audience for it.
I use ChatGPT every day, so while the session was fun and I appreciated the structure, much of the content was already familiar to me through trial and error. What I found most valuable was seeing how much more effective it can be when used intentionally and collaboratively, especially in a business setting where you’re sharing a model across a team.
